Our group is mainly focusing on designing and synthesizing the Transition metal complexes of Nitrogen and Sulphur (Oxygen) containing organic molecules that able to bind and cleave the DNA in different paths. These metal complexes also act as photocatalysts by adsorbing the pollutants present in wastewater.

We are also designing and synthesizing organic materials that inhibit the corrosion of metals.
